Think the ultimate goal through in detail, seeing yourself as the ideal you hope to create, feeling yourself move and perform as you desire. Take time to write your goal on paper, in all its sensory detail. Dream big—just make sure you dream in detail and on paper. Your goal will guide you on your workout path, and it will restore your faith in yourself when you stumble.
