The Bootcamp Workout is a general six week workout plan that will enable any future service member to be better prepared in the events of running, pushups, situps, and pullups.

Special notes in the workout diffentiate between the future Marines to run the 3 mile run, Army to the the 2 mile run, and all other services run the 1.5 mile run.

This is an intermediate workout. For candidates seeking a beginner plan, see the General Fitness Section if you need to lose 20+ lbs before entering the military.
